Tasks
  • Analyzes, develops and implements project concepts and deliverables
  • Drives the innovative problem solving and change management work streams during client engagements
  • Executes exciting project opportunities with some of the largest companies across the industrial goods value chain
  • Provides ongoing project feedback and other development support to Maxwell International Consulting team members
  • Supports the management and responsible parties of the project
  • Serves as liaison to client management team and project team
  • Supports business development within the industrial goods sector by creating and presenting exceptional project proposals
Skills
  • Ability to engage with people at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Goal orientation, client focus, and proven record of achieving results
  • Graduate Degree with focus on Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management and/or a related discipline from renowned institutions of higher education
  • Hands on experience in implementing operational excellence and continuous improvement concepts, preferably in the industrial goods sector
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 70%
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a consultancy and/or corporate management; 7+ years of experience for the Senior Consultant role
  • Second language fluency in German or Spanish, a plus
Hours of work
  • Full time post with flexibility to work outside normal hours to meet business need.
